Singer, Falz undergoes knee surgery in the UK (photos/video)
The Popular Nigerian singer and activist, Folarin Falana, otherwise known as *Falz, recently underwent knee surgery in the UK.
The “Bop Daddy” star disclosed this in a video posted on his Instagram page on Wednesday evening, May 10th.
According to him, he sustained a knee injury while playing football in November 2022, and after consultation, he was informed that he needed to undergo knee surgery.
He flew to the UK where the surgery was successfully performed on him. Taking to his Instagram page on Wednesday, he shared a video of himself in the hospital and gave a detailed account of his before and after-surgery experience.
“On the 23rd, I went to play football, and I sustained a knee injury. And it’s pretty serious. On November 30th, 2022, I tore my ACL. My MRI came back, and it showed that there is a complete tear on my ACL. I have been advised to go into surgery to fix it,” >he narrated.
In the video, he asked for prayers from his fans, colleagues, and well-wishers, as he embarks on the journey to full recovery.
“Current situation. It’s a whole journey to being 100% back. Say a prayer for me,” he said.
